About me

I am first and foremost a daughter of Jesus Christ; I believe He died for our sins. He rose from the dead and ascended into heaven. I am a follower of Jesus and He gets the glory!

My favorite verse and what my coaching reflects is:

Rather, you most grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All glory to him, both now and forever. 2 Peter 3:18 (NLT)

But continue to grow and increase in God’s grace and intimacy with your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May he receive all the glory both now and until the day eternity begins. Amen! 2 Peter 3:18 (TPT)

I love different translations and how a few changes in wording can help you see in clarity Gods love for each of us.

I am an empty nester married to my second husband Rich for 22 years. We each had 3 children from a previous marriage. We now have 7 grandchild and a couple furry grand-pups. We also have a French Brittany, Parker, our doggie. We have had many ups and downs ourselves. Sadly I know lots about grief as we have lost both sets of parents, lost a grand-daughter (stillborn at 5 months) Emma, many doggies but specially Bandit and Oscar. My mom/best friend had Stage 4 lung cancer and I was blessed with 13 months before her passing. My cousin at 30 yrs old, unexpectedly, and shortly after I lost my son Arik (30 yrs.) also unexpectedly (hypothermia). I then lost my dad which he would tell me I as his little girl “always”. I do know: God is good and he was by my side reminding me to rely on Him during this 5 years of trials and sadness! I also have been a In-Home Childcare Provider for 10 yrs. Currently I am caring for 7-8 children, 5 and under daily. I also process that business paperwork, county stuff, and so much more. I am a leader and coach of bible study groups at our church, Grace Fellowship, and love this calling of evangelism. I also have a passion to craft all types of items but started with Bible Journaling along with a variety of many different crafts. In 2023, I earned my Life and Health Coaching Certificates from Health Coaching Institute.

So life… is also a lot of my knowing… of life just lived.
